This privacy notice tells you how we, Mavin Global will collect and use personal data in order for us to provide our industry leading Enterprise IT Services and Solutions and other supporting services. Mavin Global collects data from customers, suppliers and professional advisers, and their employees with whom Mavin Global has an existing or prospective business relationship in order to manage such relationship and promote services provided by Mavin Global relevant to them.

We will endeavor to keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary. In order for us to provide you with a service we need to collect personal data for correspondence purposes and fulfilling our service offerings. This information may include: Full name, work address, home address, business email address, business contact number, mobile number.  Mavin will not hold any financial information pertaining to an individual.We are committed to ensuring that the information we collect, and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.

Will Mavin Global share my personal data with anyone else?

We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to Mavin Global in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide you on our behalf.

Mavin Global accepts the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested:
