This initial stage of our review is designed to promote further open discussion during the review day (date to be set post the 3 audit days), agreement on priorities, associated business alignment and time-scales.

WE TAKE ACTION

Following the initial stage, Mavin would wish to work hand-in-hand with the client team to determine further engagement via an open and tangible action plan. We will indicate clear objectives, milestone goals and targets plus a mutually beneficial renumeration package linked in to the savings and efficiencies delivered which will support the running cost investment from both parties.

CRITERIA OPTIONS MATRIX

Our Criteria Options Matrix provides our clients with a structured choice of elements for inclusion in the Efficiency Audit, Report and Review to be carried out by Mavin’s team. The ‘spare’ cells are for the client to add additional elements they wish to be included. Once this matrix is complete, Mavin suggests an open discussion format to further qualify the criteria choices made and agree the parameters for engagement.
