Mavin Ways to Demonstrate Commitment to Community and Environment

As part of our ongoing CSR initiative, Mavin Powercube is happy to announce its registration with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) is a voluntary initiative in the United Kingdom that aims to improve the image of the construction industry and promote responsible practices among construction companies.

To assess companies’ compliance with these principles, the CCS conducts independent site visits and evaluations throughout the duration of a construction project. Each site is scored against a Code of Considerate Practice, which covers areas such as cleanliness, appearance, community engagement, and safety. Companies are encouraged to strive for excellence and continually improve their performance.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme has played an important role in transforming the construction industry’s image and driving positive change. The scheme aims to ensure that construction projects have a positive impact on society and the environment. By becoming a part of this scheme, we recognise the impact of our construction activities and aim to elevate standards and foster trust among communities affected by construction projects, through the independent monitoring and knowledge sharing facilitated by the Scheme.

The scheme’s primary objective is to encourage construction companies to go beyond legal requirements and adopt a considerate approach toward their work. Our commitment to the scheme aligns with our #MavinLife values and bolsters our efforts to positively contribute to society as a whole.
