Successful Brighton NHS Containerised Data Centre project delivered

Another successful NHS partnership, delivering our Powercube Modular Containerised Data Centre to Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals Trust.

The Trust has recently merged with Western Sussex Hospitals, to form a new NHS Foundation Trust for the area: University Hospitals Sussex. Our containerised solution was craned in to the Royal Sussex County Hospital site, via an enclosed and challenging route, which included making sure a 200 year old wall remained protected, and the school, homes and businesses surrounding the hospital were not disrupted.

The Powercube solution was chosen as part of a large redevelopment project at the hospital, as it offered the Trust great flexibility and easy relocation. This enables the Trust’s IT requirements to remain unaffected during the redevelopment.
