Going the extra miles: Kieran’s run for the Sea Cadets

Never one to turn down a challenge, Mavin team’s Kieran is running The Great Birmingham Run half marathon on October 13th in aid of Stratford upon Avon Sea Cadets.

Marathon training is currently in full swing; “Sat here eating a McDonalds at my desk!” Kieran is aiming to finish the 21km race under the 2 hour mark. He will be raising funds for Stratford Upon Avon Sea Cadets, a fantastic local cause supported by Mavin.

The Sea Cadets aim to give young people an experience that will help them grow into the person they want to be in a safe and friendly environment. Through various fantastic activities and adventures, they learn teamwork, respect, loyalty, self-confidence, commitment, self-discipline and honesty.
